State Senator Lucio welcomes the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) to join him in announcing the release of $160 million for 30-year fixed rate low-interest rate mortgage loans targeting first time homebuyers.
Program requirements to be waived for qualifying Texas veterans
Program to provide down payment and closing cost assistance for income eligible buyers
Local first time homebuyer will be recognized
