SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 30
Senator Eddie Lucio, Jr., chairman of the Senate Committee on International Relations and Trade, invited a congressional delegation from Tamaulipas, Mexico to the Texas Capitol on Wednesday, April 27, with the goal of strengthening ties between the two states to improve their commerce, employment and transportation.
