What:

The Senate Finance Subcommittee on State Contracting Practices will hold a hearing on Monday (Oct. 11) to hear testimony from the Health and Human Services Commission and the four health and human services agencies under its jurisdiction. The agencies will address and answer committee questions regarding contracting practices and their active contracts, including deficiencies in CHIP and foster care contracts identified by the State Auditor and Comptroller of Public Accounts.
