The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Board will vote on the state issuance of a Confederate Battle Flag license plate on Thursday, November 10, 2011. State Senator Rodney Ellis, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, NAACP President Gary Bledsoe, and other elected officials will hold a press conference following the vote on Confederate license plate.
