Ellis, HISD Trustee Harris to Host Top 10% Forums
(Houston, Texas) — Senator Rodney Ellis and HISD Trustee Paula Harris will be hosting two forums for students in the top 10 percent of their class. The forums will feature The University of Texas at Austin and Texas A & M University. Texas law requires state institutions of higher education to admit Texas high school graduates who rank in the top 10 percent of the student's senior class.
