Sen. Robert Duncan announces redistricting hearings
AUSTIN - Sen. Robert Duncan, R-Lubbock, announced today the public hearings schedule for the Senate Committee on Jurisprudence to consider Congressional redistricting. Duncan, chairman of the committee, is encouraging all members of the public to attend the hearing most convenient for them to relate their ideas on redistricting Texas' 32 seats in Congress.
Five hearings have been scheduled throughout Texas in conjunction with House hearings planned in other parts of the state.
