Estes Names New Chief of Staff

Austin - State Senator Craig Estes (R-Wichita Falls) named Noe Barrios as Chief of Staff to replace Lewis Simmons, who recently announced that he would be leaving the Office of Senator Estes to pursue other interests.

Noe Barrios most recently served as Legislative Director to Senator Estes, a post he has held for the past three years, and served prior to that four years as a House Committee Clerk and ten years as Chief of Staff in the Texas House.

Senator Estes is Chairman of the Senate Committee on Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and represents Senate District 30 covering Archer, Baylor, Clay, Collin (part), Cooke, Denton (part), Grayson, Jack, Montague, Parker, Palo Pinto, Shackelford, Stephens, Throckmorton, Wichita, Wilbarger, Wise, and Young counties.
