Information on Constituent Visits to Austin
(AUSTIN) -- Next month will mark the beginning of our state's 81st legislative session. Citizen participation is vital to the legislative process and there are many great ways in which the citizens of Senate District Two can become involved this upcoming session. One of these is correspondence with my staff and me. Please don't hesitate to use the information I have included to contact my office with comments, ideas and questions you may have.
I also hope that you will find the time to visit Austin. There are a number of family-friendly attractions including the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum, the Blanton Museum of Art and opportunities to enjoy the Texas Hill Country. The Visitors center is located on capitol grounds at 112 East 11th Street and can provide you with free maps and literature on Texas travel destinations.
