State Legislators and Public Education Leaders Hold Press Conference to Address Proposed Eligibility Requirements to the TEXAS Grant Program

WHAT: Legislators and representatives from local public education institutions will address the recommendation to add additional merit components to TEXAS Grant program. The recommendation was transmitted by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to Governor Perry's office and the Legislative Budget Board in the Feasibility Study for Restructuring Texas Student Financial Aid Programs in July.
