Plan would tie revenue to TEXAS Grants, financial aid

AUSTIN -- Senator Rodney Ellis (D-Houston) and Senator John Carona (R-Dallas) will hold a press conference announcing their plan to legalize casino gaming in Texas and dedicate revenue to TEXAS Grants and financial aid, on Thursday, March 8, 2007, at 9:30 a.m, in the Lieutenant Governor's Press Room.
