Senator Ellis comments on Texas Restaurant Association's endorsement of statewide smoking ban

"I am extremely pleased to learn the Texas Restaurant Association has announced their support of a statewide smoking ban in all public places.

"This endorsement demonstrates the importance that TRA places on protecting the health of Texas restaurant and bar employees across the state. I commend them and look forward to working with them and Representative Crownover as we work to pass this important legislation that will protect and improve the health of all Texans."
