Statement on Passing of Joe Moreno

"I was shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Joe Moreno. The people of Texas have lost a champion and a good friend on this tragic day. The suddenness of this loss is heart-breaking and reminds us to cherish each day we are given.
