Criminal Justice and Mental Health Advocates to Hold Press Conference
A group of mental health advocates will hold a news conference to discuss the aftermath of the Board of Pardons and Paroles recommendation of clemency in the case of Kelsey Patterson and the Governor's rejection of clemency.
