Cesar Chavez Celebration
Houston, TX -- Please join Senator Rodney Ellis, Representatives Rick Noriega, Dora Olivo, and Houston City Council Member Ada Edwards for the Cesar Chavez Celebration and Community Clean Up on Saturday April 3, 2004 at Almeda Elementary School.
The Celebration and Community Clean Up will honor Cesar Chavez's life and work by promoting community service and participation. Cesar Chavez's life was dedicated to serving and improving life for all people.
Harris County Commissioner Sylvia Garcia will speak about the contributions and accomplishments of Cesar Chavez. Senator Ellis will also address the celebration.
Please join us as we celebrate a great man and continue his legacy of service to the community.
