Statement of Senator Rodney Ellis on Mobility Fund

"Transportation issues are a priority item for the Texas Senate this session. We must do more to end the gridlock on our roads and highways because it is affecting both our economy and our environment.

"Senator Shapiro's mobility fund is a proposal that deserves the consideration of the Senate. As we craft the budget, I look forward to working with Senator Shapiro on improving transportation financing in Texas."
