MIDLAND—State Senator Kel Seliger will be hosting a town hall meeting in Loving County to meet the newest citizens of Senate District 31 and to discuss their thoughts and ideas on the issues of importance to their communities in preparation for the 83rd Legislature. The meeting will be held at the Loving County Courthouse in Mentone on Friday, March 16, 2012, following the Grand Opening Ceremony and Luncheon for the new Loving County Hopper Annex Building.
